A picky eater with lots of allergies gives a review of the Clarks Seafood & Chop House Burger
Clark Burger
No If’s, And’s or But’s About It
While Dan and Lynn enjoyed their lunches, but also complained (too small, too chewy, too juicy), my lunch boasted perfection. Although I always order my hamburg quite simply – plain, no toppings, medium well – it’s usually not prepared quite right. However, while it is rare that my burger is ever medium well (usually it’s either undercooked or overcooked), Clark’s did it just right and to them I say well done! The Angus beef patty overhung the buttery brioche bun and it was delicious. Tender without cow juice seeping out. Light gray in color with just a hint of pink – perfection. Even the french fries were perfect. Nicely salted (not too much, not too little) with a nice crunch (not too soft, not too hard). I ate every bite on my plate and enjoyed it so much that I knew I wouldn’t be needing a late night snack from the hotel sundry shop. So, if you’re looking for a burger, I highly recommend Clarks Seafood and Chop House and the Clark Burger!
