Farley Burger
Rich and Plentiful
The Farley Burger is a huge eight ounce charboiled Prime patty on a decent size Kaizer roll. When the plate landed on the table, it was enough to stop us from discussing our girls. And believe me when I say we had a lot to discuss! Everything from Girl Scouts, to high school, to college, to breweries and museums. The burger looked delicious. Gene had a wealth of toppings – lettuce, tomato, and Monterey Jack cheese instead of American. She added her side of sliced pickles to the top for a little added richness. Gene gave a big smile and took her first bite. Despite being a health nut, Gene loves to indulge and she absolutely loved this burger. Every bite a perfect combination of protein, veggies, and dairy. Her only complaint was the bun. A little too small for the oversized patty, but delicious nonetheless. A wonderful Farley Mac’s review, and a wonderful place to meet a good friend for a good burger.
