Grilled Seafood Trio

For a man who refuses to bestow a five star rating to any dish, he did. Again. That’s twice in St. Paul alone! Dan likes his fish and, even though we were nowhere near the ocean, he ordered the Grilled Seafood Trio. Salmon, shrimp, and a couple scallops laying in a beurre blanc sauce crowded the dish. A mound of mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables barely fit on the edge of the beautiful ocean blue plate. Starting with the creamiest mashed potatoes he’s ever had, he described them as “super silky”. Moving on to the seafood, Dan was very impressed. Perfectly cooked, perfectly tasty, and a perfect portion. A little pricey for what you get, but he stated the quality was very high and the presentation was beautiful. He continued, “I hope your burger is as good as this! It’ll be the best burger you’ve ever had!”
