Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich
A Nice Ride
Harlie ordered the Chicken Ceasar Salad Sandwich. And that’s literally what it was. Chicken, romaine lettuce tossed in a homemade caesar dressing, parmesan cheese,and croutons (Yes, croutons!) stuffed inside a brioche bun. Harlie took a small bite and was instantly amazed. Surprised by the croutons, she thought they added a very nice touch. The lettuce, precisely shaped for the bun, held the perfect amount of dressing – just enough to flavor, but not too much to make the roll soggy. The chicken was well cooked, not tough nor rubbery, and nicely seasoned. According to Harlie, the sandwich had the perfect profile both in looks and taste. Even the fries were good. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and hot. But comfortably hot, not burn your mouth hot. Harlie ate every bite, and I’m pretty sure she’ll be driving one of her cars out to Stillwater Grill to enjoy this sandwich again very soon.
