Too Much of Nothing Good
I don’t like pickles, but I wish I did. I also don’t like burgers, but here we are. My burger, medium well and bare, was overdone and chewy. There was also a weird taste that I can’t describe, but maybe it’s pickles despite the fact that I didn’t have any on my plate. Or maybe it was from something left behind on the griddle. It also too dry, too thick, and the bun was too toasted. The fries were okay, a little too salty, but I was starving so I ate them all. Perhaps, L.M. is right. Pickles might just make the meal.
