Spinach Salad
Perfect Ending
Oddly, the Spinach Salad didn’t have a clever book title describing it in the menu. Nevertheless, Lois didn’t need a fancy title to enjoy her salad. The house-made dressing was very thick, almost like mayonnaise, but very tasty. With bacon and chicken, cheese and spinach, “How can you go wrong?” Lois remarked. She even ate the substantial slice of garlic bread resting on the side of her plate. According to Lois, it was “good and buttery and nicely toasted.” She wasn’t expecting this addition to her salad, but it was a delicious surprise.
